The New Home Page can be accessed from the traditional Home Screen by selecting Try New Home Page.
It provides a summary of your events, including:
Analytics on events, reservations, revenue and other metrics processed by Passkey
An alerts section with notifications about conditions pertaining to your events.
Advanced event search functionality.
A list of events with the ability to view and manage certain event details (described below).
The home page displays the active account in the upper left, along with your hotel or organization logo. The page is divided into three main areas:
In the header of the page are links to the support portal, the reference guide, and way to return to the old home page
Near the top of the page is a set of panels contained within the Dashboard that show activity for Events, Reservations, Revenue, and Reservations processed within Passkey. If you want to hide the dashboard, select the Hide Dashboard link located under the four panels.
Toward the bottom of the page, there are tools for searching events and viewing details of the events. This section operates independently of the Dashboard.
IMPORTANT: Data on this page is updated on a daily basis by 4 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). Please take this into account when comparing with other real-time Passkey data or reports.
The dashboard data is aggregated across events and reservations. You can start filtering by selecting from:
Date Range - To look at reservations created in a certain time period. Note that the reservation creation date is used here, and not the reservation modification date(s). The default date filter is Last 30 Days.
Event Category - To indicate the types of events to include in the dashboard.
Choices for this depend on your account type, as described below.

TIP: Hover over the icon next to Event Category to view these definitions.
Organizations with sister properties can also select the arrow by their organization name to further search or directly select any of their sister property hotels.
Doing this allows you to emulate the hotels' view of their data, so you will see the data as described in the Hotel entry of the table above.
This convenience avoids the need for separate hotel logins.
Describes the number of events created within the selected Date Range.
A comparison to previous time periods also displays, as discussed in Comparison Figures below.
Created - The number of net reservations created within the Date Range and within events selected in Event Category. Excludes reservations that are Cancelled, Fully Waitlisted, or No Shows.

The calculation ignores whether the room rate includes taxes or not. Latest exchange rate from base event currency to USD is used for currency conversion.
Upsell - The total upsell revenue generated from the Created reservations. If dynamic upsell is used for an event, that model is used. Otherwise, this is a sum of the confirmed room nights times the sub-block level upsell premium (If the sub-block level is not set, then the room type level is used). Excludes reservations that are Cancelled, Fully Waitlisted, or No Shows. Only the confirmed nights from partially waitlisted reservations are included. Latest exchange rate from base event currency to USD is used for currency conversion.
Extended stay - The net revenue on the Created reservations from nights outside of the contracted dates. Room Rate, Guest Fee and Upsell from the confirmed room nights are included. Excludes reservations that are Cancelled, Fully Waitlisted, or No Shows. Only the confirmed nights from partially waitlisted reservations are included. The calculation ignores whether the room rate includes taxes or not. Latest exchange rate from base event currency to USD is used for currency conversion.
Add-on - The add-on revenue from the Created reservations. Add-ons that are per night are counted only for the confirmed nights of reservations. Add-ons that are per purchase are counted only for the confirmed nights of reservations.
The Reservation Method chart displays the percentage breakdown of the various ways new reservations were made for the Date Range and Event Category filters you have applied.
All reservations are included here, and this chart tracks only the initial reservation method (not subsequent modifications of reservations, if any).
The set of reservation methods shown are:
Web - booked via the full Attendee Website or Mobile device
Multi-Room - booked via the Multi-Room Booking tool
Room List - booked via the Room List Manager
Call Center - booked via the Call Center Form, including sources "Phone", "Fax", "Mail", "Email" and "Other"

Some figures such as Events and Reservations show a comparison with another period, based on the selected Date Range. An arrow indicates whether this metric increased or decreased relative to the comparison period.
This table explains what comparison period is used.
