Hotel or Organization: Libraries: Attendee Types

This page lists the Attendee Types defined for this hotel or organization. Library Attendee Types that are enabled are available for use when creating Bundles and Events. The following information is provided for each Attendee Type:

• Name. Name of the Attendee Type.

• Guarantee Type. The Guarantee Type that is associated when the attendee makes a reservation online.

• Requires Access code. If Yes, the attendee is required to enter an access code to make the reservation online.

• Free-Sell Enabled. If On, the default is free-sell enabled when a user creates a sub-block with this attendee type.

• Configurable AWS. If Yes, the attendee website can be customized for this attendee type.

• Base Room. (Hotels only) A library room type associated to the attendee, which is used for event-level dynamic upsell calculations for this attendee. Other options include "Let system select" and "Don't allow upsell", as discussed in Automated Base Room Definition.

• Enabled. You can turn an Attendee Type off, which prevents the Attendee Type from being selected in any new event. The first entry for “Attendee” is always enabled, and a Base Room can be specified by Editing it.

• Copy, Edit, Delete.  Use the icons , to copy, edit, or remove an Attendee Type, respectively. The default "Attendee" type can not be deleted.
