Use this page to review or edit the basic hotel information, such as address, contact information, description, and images. If this hotel belongs to an organization, the organization is listed along with its address and whether it has an Enterprise account.
Activity and analytics for the hotel can be found on the new home page dashboard.
IMPORTANT: Profiles belonging to hotels that fully license Passkey may be edited by the hotel only. Hotel profiles belonging to unlicensed hotels may be edited by other licensed organizers. The input language on the page is the same as the default locale on the Defaults page unless otherwise indicated.
You can perform the following on this page:
Click the Primary Inventory link to open the Primary Inventory in a separate window.
Click the Hotel Dashboard SmartAlert link to navigate to the hotel's SmartAlert Library.
Review and edit the basic hotel information, such as name, address, email, and URL.
Check the Update from address box on the map to have the map show the hotel location based on the address you enter.
Click the Handicap Accessible box if the hotel is handicap accessible.
Edit the text in the Hotel Description field. This text becomes the default text for each event that is associated with the hotel, which can be edited to reflect event-specific hotel text.
To add a logo or picture of the hotel, click the Browse button to locate the file then click the Upload button. To remove an image, click the X next to the image.
Enter one or multiple email addresses in the Reservation Contact Email address field. The email addresses listed in this field will receive the Hotel Welcome, Reservation Notification (for non-integrated hotels) and Hotel Notify Campaigns for CityWide events in which the hotel participates. Once an email address has been added, up to three email reminder times may be added.
NOTE: In order for non-integrated hotels to receive a Reservation Notification, a Hotel Reservation Notification campaign must be enabled by organizers for their events.
NOTE: GroupLink-enabled hotels will receive Reservation Notifications through the standard GroupLink alert messages.
NOTE: This email address may be overridden at the event level.
NOTE: Any changes to the Reservation Notification email address in the hotel profile will not automatically update addresses in an event. Additionally, updates to email addresses at the event level, will not update the Hotel Profile.
Click Save to save any changes.
If adding a hotel, the links to other areas and the ability to add images are not available. You can only enter the basic hotel information.
This section allows you to specify whom Cvent should contact via email for different types of communications, such as release notes and maintenance notifications. Keeping this information updated will ensure that important messages are targeted to the right contacts.
