Overview of Enterprise Accounts

An enterprise account enables a corporation (or other entity) to create, manage and make available Group Campaigns, Acknowledgements, Websites, and SmartAlerts to any associated hotels.

TIP: This feature is available only for an organization explicitly enabled for Enterprise Account in Passkey.

Accessing Enterprise Accounts

To view Enterprise Accounts (as an organizer user):

1. Select the Manage tab.

2. Select Organizer Setup.

3. Search for an organization then select it.

4. To view analytics for the Enterprise Account, go to the new home page.
