This page lists the Group Campaigns and acknowledgements that are associated with the event. Use this page to manage campaigns and acknowledgements, which includes adding, previewing, enabling, copying, editing and deleting the Group Campaigns and acknowledgements associated with the event.
This page is available from Event menu > Communications > Group Campaigns & Acknowledgements.
This page contains the following information and functions:
Type. The type of campaign or acknowledgement. Refer to the Overview of Group Campaigns and Acknowledgements help topic for a definition of each campaign and acknowledgement type.
Add link. Click the link to add a campaign or acknowledgement of that type.
Enter the information in the ADD NEW CAMPAIGN/ACKNOWLEDGEMENT page.
Click the radio button next to a Campaign/Acknowledgement to add from the Library.
ON/OFF. When off, no emails are sent for that campaign or acknowledgement. Click the switch to turn the campaign or acknowledgement on or off.
Name. Name of the campaign or acknowledgement. Click on the name to preview a sample of the campaign or acknowledgement.
NOTE: When you preview an email by clicking its name or by sending a test message, keep in mind that its content displays generic (dummy) data that is not based on your event or account data
Actions - .
Click the copy icon to create a new campaign or acknowledgement
using the settings for this campaign or acknowledgement.
Actions - .
Click the edit icon to edit the campaign or acknowledgement.
Actions - X. Click the delete icon to delete the campaign or acknowledgement.
You can have multiple campaigns for each campaign type, each with a different message and sent to different people or at different times. You can also have multiple acknowledgements for each acknowledgement type, each with a different message and sent to a specific Attendee Type.
TIP: To see a report on an existing campaign or acknowledgement that has run, click the edit icon then click on the Reports tab in the editing window. The report displays when the email was sent, how many were sent, and the percentage of the messages that have been opened.
