Reservations: Search Results

This page displays the results of the reservation search, which can be sorted by clicking on the column headers.

• Ack #: Edit the reservation in the Call Center.

• Copy icon : Copy a reservation.

• Reservation Summary icon : Shows a printable acknowledgement.

• Mail icon : Resends the acknowledgement.

• Assign comp nights icon : Apply a complimentary room to the reservation, indicate the number of nights being assigned and indicate which nights within the reservation should be complimentary. This icon is shown only for reservations in a hotel where an earned comp policy has been defined.

• Printer icon : Shows a PDF version of the acknowledgement.

Assigning Comp Rooms

Clicking on the assign comp nights icon will open a separate window where the user can select/deselect complimentary nights for the reservation.

• Select / deselect all nights. Allows for all nights in the reservation to be selected or deselected at once.

• Comps Selected. Indicates the number of checked complimentary nights on the reservation.

• Reservation Total. The total number of nights on the reservation.

IMPORTANT:

• It is the organizer's responsibility to make sure there are adequate earned complimentary rooms before applying nights to a specific reservation.

• It is the organizer's responsibility to report the complimentary rooms to the hotels.

• When a reservation with comp nights is extended, no additional comp nights are added.

• When a reservation with comp nights is reduced or cancelled, the comp nights are returned and are available for re-assignment.

• When a reservation with comp nights is moved to a hotel that does not have an active earned comp policy the previously assigned complimentary nights are carried over to the new hotel and the assign comp rooms icon is available for that reservation.
