Delivery Status

The Reservation Delivery Status screen displays a reservation processing summary for the event.  

TIPS:

  1. The Delivery Status page may be accessed from the Unprocessed Reservation alert or from the Reservations link in the event.

  2. Hotels and event Organizers have access to this screen.

  3. Each column may be sorted by clicking the sort icon ().

  4. If no data is found for the field, the system will display None.

The following fields are shown on the screen:

  1. Hotel Name. Displays a list of all hotels participating in the event. Clicking on the hotel name brings the user to that hotel's RezHUB screen for the selected event.

  2. Total Reservations. Count of all reservations for the hotel for the event selected.

  3. Unprocessed. Count of all reservations for the event selected that have not been marked as Processed.

  4. Last Login. The last successful login for the hotel by any user with Hotel level access.

  5. Last Updated by Hotel. Displays the full name of either the last user to log into the system or process a reservation, whichever was latest.

  6. Last Reservation Processed. The last time a reservation was processed by the hotel either by an individual user of through GroupLink for integrated hotels.

  7. Notification Email. The email address that has been configured for the event to receive Hotel Notifications. Clicking on the email address launches the user's email client.
