This report displays the inventory and pickup status per sub-block at each hotel for a selected event. The provided information includes original contract, free-sell, assigned, unassigned, available to sell, and other statistics. Data is separated in the report on a night-by-night basis along with totals.
To run the report:
Select an event by doing one of the following:
View the Selected Event banner below the Find Event row. The desired event may already be selected.
Use the Find Event drop-down list to search within your favorites or recently viewed events. Once selected, click the Find button to view events. Click on the desired event.
Choose By Event Name in the drop-down list, enter the name or partial name of the event then click Find. Click on the event name from the matching list of events.
Click on Advanced Search then enter search criteria in one or multiple fields. Partial names are allowed. Click Search. Click on the desired event from the list.
Select the desired hotels for the report. Hold the Ctrl key while selecting the hotel to choose multiple hotels.
Enter the date range, which is the first to last date of inventory to be included in the report. The default dates are the first night through the last night for which inventory is allocated.
Optionally, check the Show Group Summary box to generate only the section on group summary; otherwise, only the sub-block detail report is generated.
Optionally, check the Combine roll-up types into Groups box to roll blocks that have been marked as guaranteed on the event into a single line instead of having individual lines for each attendee type.
Optionally select Export to Excel to download an Excel file optimized for analysis (rather than printing).
Click Generate Report.
