This report shows the details of a Public Block Request or Sub-Block Request and lists the responses returned by sub-block group contacts.
To run the report:
Select an event by doing one of the following:
View the Selected Event banner below the Find Event row. The desired event may already be selected.
Use the Find Event drop-down list to search within your favorites or recently viewed events. Once selected, click the Find button to view events. Click on the desired event.
Choose By Event Name in the drop-down list, enter the name or partial name of the event then click Find. Click on the event name from the matching list of events.
Click on Advanced Search then enter search criteria in one or multiple fields. Partial names are allowed. Click Search. Click on the desired event from the list.
Select the block request status:
Submitted.
For Public Block Requests, a response that has been submitted but is not yet associated to a sub-block group in the event.
TIP: Use this status filter to quickly find any responses that you have not confirmed as sub-block groups. Every other status corresponds to an actual sub-block group within the event.
For Sub-Block Requests, a response that has been submitted by a sub-block group contact.
New.
For Public Block Requests, a sub-block group that was created from a submitted response but which is not yet edited in any way.
For Sub-Block Requests, a sub-block group for which there is no response yet (i.e. nothing submitted from the planner dashboard).
Unfulfilled. A sub-block group in which the allocation does not equal the request for rooms on some night(s).
Fulfilled. A sub-block group in which the allocation equals the request for rooms on all nights.
Select the acceptance status:
All. Sub-block groups of any status listed below.
Not Notified. Only sub-block groups that were not notified of their room block allocation.
Notified. Only sub-block groups that were notified of their room block allocation.
Accepted. Only sub-block groups that accepted their room block allocation (via a link or button in the notification email or allocation campaign).
Select a block request for which to run the report. Only one can be selected at a time.
Select the date range during which sub-block groups responded to the request. By default this starts with the block request Publish On date up to today's date.
Click Generate Report.
