This report displays the number of complimentary rooms that have been earned and allocated for a selected hotel or all hotels in an event.
This report displays in your web browser and may be printed to PDF or HTML or exported to a variety of formats.
This report is available to hotels participating in CityWide events after the event cutoff date.
The report will generate in different formats based on the event's earned comp settings: cumulative vs. night by night.
To run the report:
Select an event by doing one of the following:
View the Selected Event banner below the Find Event row. The desired event may already be selected.
Use the Find Event drop-down list to search within your favorites or recently viewed events. Once selected, click the Find button to view events. Click on the desired event.
Choose By Event Name in the drop-down list, enter the name or partial name of the event then click Find. Click on the event name from the matching list of events.
Click on Advanced Search then enter search criteria in one or multiple fields. Partial names are allowed. Click Search. Click on the desired event from the list.
Select a single hotel from the dropdown list or All Hotels.
Click Generate Report.
Report Data:
*Projected Pickup %. Data in the report may be manipulated to reflect anticipated pickup percentages. The default setting is 100% pickup.
Actual Earned Comp Nights. The number of complimentary rooms earned by the event based on the earned comp settings for the event/hotel and current pickup.
Actual Unassigned Comp Nights. Actual Earned Comp Nights less Assigned Comp Nights.
Projected Unassigned Comp Nights. Projected Total Comp Nights less Assigned Comps.
Projected Total Comp Nights. Same calculation as Actual Earned Comp Nights but the Projected Pickup value entered at the top of the screen is applied. By changing the Projected Pickup value, the user can view what the potential number of earned comps will be based on projected pickup.
Assigned Comp Nights. The number of complimentary nights currently assigned to active reservations.
