This report displays all delegates for an event for one, all, or selected hotels. Hotels have access to this report after the Reservation Access Date to help with reservation arrivals. This report differs from Room List, as each guest/attendee will have a separate row on the report, rather than listing all room occupants on a single row.
This report creates an Excel version of the Delegate Report.
To run the report:
Select an event by doing one of the following:
View the Selected Event banner below the Find Event row. The desired event may already be selected.
Use the Find Event drop-down list to search within your favorites or recently viewed events. Once selected, click the Find button to view events. Click on the desired event.
Choose By Event Name in the drop-down list, enter the name or partial name of the event then click Find. Click on the event name from the matching list of events.
Click on Advanced Search then enter search criteria in one or multiple fields. Partial names are allowed. Click Search. Click on the desired event from the list.
Further filter the data by selecting a single or multiple hotels from the Select a Hotel list. Multiple hotels can be selected by holding the Ctrl key on the keyboard, and choosing the hotels with a mouse. Select All Hotels at the top of the list if Delegate Reports are desired for all properties within the event.
Sort the data by one of the selections in the Sort Options list.
Click Generate Report.
