This report displays the reservation activity by user within an associated Organizer. Reservation activity can be displayed by number of reservations booked and their status (e.g., new, modified, and cancelled), number of room nights booked, and number of rooms booked for each user.
To run the report:
Select an event by doing one of the following:
View the Selected Event banner below the Find Event row. The desired event may already be selected.
Use the Find Event drop-down list to search within your favorites or recently viewed events. Once selected, click the Find button to view events. Click on the desired event.
Choose By Event Name in the drop-down list, enter the name or partial name of the event then click Find. Click on the event name from the matching list of events.
Click on Advanced Search then enter search criteria in one or multiple fields. Partial names are allowed. Click Search. Click on the desired event from the list.
Under Event Scope, choose one of the following:
For a single event, the report lists the individual user’s activity for a single event.
For all events, the report lists the events to which an Organizer is associated, featuring all users associated with the Organizer.
For Totals, the report is a summary report to the All Events report featuring the total reservation activity for each user based on number of reservations, number of room nights or number of rooms booked for a specified date range.
Choose to run the report for a HotelDirect customer to view the reservations at a single hotel, or as an organizer to view the reservations across all the hotels associated with that organization or a single hotel.
Choose the hotel.
Choose the organizer.
Select the date range.
Choose to report on the total reservation activity based on number of reservations, number of room nights or number of rooms booked.
Click Generate Report.
