This report displays the reservation activity (such as active and cancelled) for an event within the given date range. It also displays deposits received, cancel fees received, refunds, etc.
This report displays in Excel. You can also display the report in your web browser by selecting the Activity by Reservations report.
To run the report:
Select an event by doing one of the following:
View the Selected Event banner below the Find Event row. The desired event may already be selected.
Use the Find Event drop-down list to search within your favorites or recently viewed events. Once selected, click the Find button to view events. Click on the desired event.
Choose By Event Name in the drop-down list, enter the name or partial name of the event then click Find. Click on the event name from the matching list of events.
Click on Advanced Search then enter search criteria in one or multiple fields. Partial names are allowed. Click Search. Click on the desired event from the list.
Select All Hotels or a specific hotel from the Enter Hotel ID drop-down list.
Select All Attendees or a specific Attendee Type from the Select an attendee type drop-down list.
Enter the date range, which is the first to last date of reservation activity to be included in the report.
Select the reservation status (active, cancelled, or both) to view in the report from the Choose Reservation Status drop-down list.
Select the form of payment to view in the report from the Choose Form Of Payment drop-down list.
In Select Sort Options, choose to have the report sort on the user's last name, company name, or hotel name.
Optionally, check the Show only reservations with incomplete. box to filter the report to show only those transactions that require your attention.
Optionally, check the Show reservations with manual adjustments. box to show those transactions that have had manual adjustments, such as refunds or manual charges.
Click Generate Report.
