RegLink gathers event registration information from other registration systems. Use this page to search for information in RegLink and to manage the association between reservations and registrations.
To search for registration information:
Fill in at least one of the following fields:
Bridge ID, which is the registration confirmation number.
First Name of the guest.
Last Name of the guest.
Given Name and Surname of the guest. These fields will only appear if Enable secondary names is checked in event details.
External Reg Number, which is a unique identifier used by certain registration providers.
Attendee Type, which shows all of the event attendee types.
Res. Assoc., choosing All, registered but not booked, or registered and booked.
TIP: If you fill in one of the above fields, you can leave the other fields blank
Click Find to view the search results.
A results page appears when the search is completed, or if the search is too broad, you may need to provide more search criteria.
The results are displayed in a table with several columns. Click on the column headers to sort the results.
IDs
Bridge ID: The registration confirmation number within Passkey. Click the link to show this bridge in the Call Center.
Res Ack#: The primary guest reservation number. Click the link to show this reservation in the Call Center. If no reservation is yet associated, the link will be "Assoc. With Res.", which is discussed in the next section.
Ext Conf#: An attendee external registration number if this has been provided to identify an attendee.
Status: Registration status, which can be one of the following:
New: New reservation
Cxl: Cancelled reservation
Mod: Modified reservation
ModCxl: Reservation was modified then cancelled
Name/Company of the registrant
Last Name
First Name
Company Name
Address: The registrant's address
Attendee Type: The registrant's attendee type
TIP: Click Clear form to reset the search to the default settings
When a registration record has no reservation associated, a link to "Assoc. With Res." appears instead of the reservation acknowledgement number.
To search for a reservation to associate:
Click the Assoc. With Res. link to open the search dialog
Enter one or more search criteria
Res Ack#: A guest reservation number.
First Name: A guest's first name.
Last Name: A guest's last name.
Email Address: A guest's email address.
Click the Find Res button to view the search results, which include:
Ack #: The guest acknowledgement number.
Status: The reservation status.
Name: The guest's first and last name.
Email Address: The guest's email address.
Hotel/Room: The hotel, room, and stay dates for this guest.
To associate a reservation with a registration:
Click the link in the Ack# column of the reservation you want to use.
Compare the information in the bridge with the reservation to verify the match.
Click Yes to map the reservation to the registration or No to return to the search results.
If you choose Yes, the reservation is mapped to the registration, and the main screen shows a reservation number in the first column under Res Ack#.
TIP: To remove the association you have made, select the small X next to the Res Ack#.
