Use this page to review and edit the Room Types associated with the hotel. The information includes the maximum number of guests allowed in the Room Type and the GroupLink code (if any). Any changes you make to a Room Type impacts the library and future events. Current events are not affected.
You can perform the following:
Add Room Types by clicking the link, To add a new Room Type click here.
Determine the order in which the room types are sorted (displayed) on the attendee website. Once two or more Room Types have been added, the default order in which they appear on the Attendee Website may be customized by one of three ways.
Manually enter the order number in the box to the left of the Room Type name.
Click the up and down arrows to change the order.
Left click on the name of the Room Type and drag the item to the desired position.
Primary Inventory Updates Enabled is only visible for those hotels using automatic inventory feeds from a third party vendor. ON indicates that this room type is receiving automatic feeds.
Enable or disable the Room Type using the toggle switch. If ON, the Room Type is available to users creating events. If OFF, the Room Type is not available.
Click the copy icon () to create a new Room Type using the settings from the selected Room Type.
Click the edit icon () to edit the Room Type.
Click the X to delete the Room Type.
