Use this page to define specific event dashboard access. Upon event creation, the default settings are based on what was set at the Library level. Organizers can further customize this information at the event level.
Select Date options.
Allow Access: Specifies when access to the event dashboard should be granted.
Send Alert: Specifies if and alert will be sent to the Sub-block Group Contact to inform them that they have access to the event dashboard. ON indicates that the alert will be sent out on the access date specified. OFF indicates that no alert will be sent and the organizer must manually communicate the information in another manner.
Reservation Deadline: By default, the event’s cutoff date will populate in this field. It may be changed by selecting a date using the calendar icon or by manually entering a date.
Send Alert: Specifies if/when the Reservation Deadline alert will be sent.
Reservation Close: By default, the event’s close date will populate in this field. It may be changed by selecting a date using the calendar icon or by manually entering a date.
Send Alert: Specifies if/when the Reservation Close alert will be sent.
SmartAlerts: Specifies if Sub-block Groups will see the Alert Settings and be able to set up SmartAlerts on the event dashboard.
Email Delegates: Specifies if Sub-block Groups will have the ability to send Communications to their delegates from the event dashboard.
Website: Specifies if Sub-block Groups will have access to modify the attendee website for their sub-block from the event dashboard.
Allow Customization: if Website is ON, this additional setting is shown that will allow Sub-block Groups to customize the attendee website for their group.
Documents: Specifies if Sub-block Groups will have access to the Documents area of the event dashboard.
Inventory: Any inventory settings checked in this list will display on the event dashboard.
Reports: Any reports checked in this list will display on the event dashboard.
Charts: Any charts checked in this list will display on the event dashboard.
Sets the access level for Sub-block Contacts who submit online rooming lists. By default, the access to set to Allow Direct Updates.
