Hotel or Organization: Bundles

The purpose of this page is to create and manage bundles.  The Bundles page provides a list of bundles associated with this hotel or organization.

TIP: If this is the first time managing a hotel or organization in Passkey, it is recommended that the tutorials be reviewed in the Learning Center.

Creating a Bundle

1. Enter a name for the bundle in the Bundle Name field.

2. Click the Create Bundle button.

3. Follow the steps in the wizard.

TIP: A bundle can be created by copying an existing bundle. Click the bundle's copy icon ().

Enabling or Disabling a Bundle

Use the ON/OFF switch next to the bundle's name to enable or disable a bundle. For organizations, turning an organization bundle off prevents the bundle from being available in the associated hotels. For hotels, turning a hotel bundle off prevents the bundle from being selected in any new event.

Editing a Bundle

1. Click on a bundle name or click the edit icon ().

2. Follow the steps in the wizard.

Removing a Bundle

To remove a bundle, click the X. Removing a hotel bundle in this page does not remove the bundle from any event that is currently using it.
