A user can be one of the following user types: test
Generic Call Center: View-only access; full reservation access; access to their own Agent Productivity report.
Hotel (before cutoff date): View-only access to their hotel information; run most reports.
Hotel (after cutoff date): Run room list reports; manage inventory.
Hotel Call Center or Add-On User: Can view event information only; have full control in reservation tasks; access to their own Agent Productivity report. This level is also used for users who only need access to the Add-on Portal and do not need access to Passkey.
Marketing: View-only access to most event information; can add, edit, and delete SmartAlerts and Campaigns; access to reports
Organizer: Full access level for events; can edit organizations with which they are associated.
Sr. Organizer: View-only event access level but can update personal organization information and run reports. Can also access reservation tasks.
Passkey: Full access.
Room List Manager. Ability to upload, add, edit, and delete room lists; access to reports.
