Overview of Attendee Website

You can create an attendee website for your event using Passkey. Templates, which can be easily customized, are provided for ease-of-use. Themes are also available as options within a template, where a theme is a pre-defined style that can be used to change the appearance of your attendee website without changing its settings or content. All Passkey attendee websites are easily accessible via smart phones as well.

Easy to use tools are available to customize colors and fonts.

An attendee website can be created when creating an event, or after the event is created as follows:

  1. Open the event.

  2. In the event menu, select Website.

  3. In the Website submenu, select Template.

  4. Click the Help link in that page for details.

An attendee website can be created as part of a hotel or organization bundle as follows:

  1. At any page, select the Manage tab then select Hotel Setup or Organizer Setup.

  2. In the Search page, enter your search criteria for the specific hotel or organization then click Search.

  3. Click on the hotel or organization name to view its profile.

  4. Click on Libraries and then Websites in the menu, where you can view any existing websites or create a new website to add to the library.
