The add-on portal can be accessed by going to https://book.passkey.com/addon/login or by clicking the hyperlink in the daily email sent to the users in the contact group.
Within the daily add-on summary email, totals of the add-ons purchased in the last 24 hours and arrivals in the next 7 days are displayed. This email is sent daily at 5:00am Eastern Time. To display reservation summary of these reservations, a hyperlink included in the body will take you directly to the portal to log in.
Enter your Cvent Passkey or Add-on Portal Username and Password as created by your Administrator. Click the "Forgot" links for assistance if you no longer recall your username or your password. Your Cvent Passkey Administrator may also be contacted to assist with that information.
