This wizard guides the user through selecting events, choosing a format for the roomlist, and then downloading the results. Previously downloaded roomlists are stored for 30 days and can be easily obtained in the future. The download process consists of several steps.
This section provides different ways to select events.
All Events Past Reservation Access Date. Includes all events that are past the event wide reservation access date, with the most recent reservation access dates shown first.
Select Events. Allows you to select specific events to include.
The event list shows the following:
Event Name. The name of the event.
TIP: Hovering over the event name displays the primary organization on the event.
Res Access. The reservation access date.
This table shows all lists that have been downloaded within the last 30 days by you (under your current user account) and allows you to access them again with a single click. Files older than 30 days are not retained and are no longer available for download. Only Excel and CSV files are listed here - Printed Reports you have generated are not shown.
Date List Created. The date the list was created, with the most recent lists shown first.
Name of List. A link to the list that allows you to download it again. This is available if the list was originally a CSV or Excel file.
IMPORTANT: Credit Card numbers and Expiry Dates are not shown in the previously downloaded lists for security reasons. Please generate and download a new list to view Credit Card data, if you have the appropriate permissions.
Number of Reservations. The total number of reservations in the list.
The roomlist can be created in one of several formats:
Excel. Default selection. Creates an Excel 97/2002 file with the standard roomlist format. The first row contains the column headers.
CSV. Creates a CSV (comma separated value) text file with the standard roomlist format. The first row contains the column headers.
Printed Report. Generates a printable roomlist report.
The reservations included in the roomlist can be filtered to:
Include only those reservations which are marked as Unprocessed in RezHub? The default selection. Use this option to get a list of only reservations that have been updated since your last download, which are automatically marked as "Unprocessed".
All reservations which have been created, modified, or updated since <date>. This selection allows you to obtain all reservations from the selected date to the current date.
All active reservations. This selection allows you to obtain all reservations regardless of status (New, Modified, or Cancelled) and Reservation Access Date.
This step completes the roomlist download process, if you have chosen a CSV or Excel file format.
Name of File. Must be a unique name that you did not use before.
Passkey Password. Your current password.
On completing this step, the browser will be sent the requested file. Depending on your settings you will likely see a dialog to Open or Save the file.
You will be asked if you would like RezHUB to automatically mark all of these reservations as processed and track new reservations, changes or cancels going forward.
Note: You can always go back into RezHUB to manually update your Hotel Confirmation Numbers or import them after you have processed the reservations in RezHUB.
Yes. Marks the reservations as Processed. Use this option to avoid downloading Unprocessed reservations again if you used the first option in Step 3.
No. Does not change the reservation status.
Download Again. Allows you to download the file again. You might use this option if, for example, you closed the downloaded file without saving it locally, and want to obtain the same file again.
