Reservations: Find Reservation

Use this page to find a specific reservation or set of reservations.

Select this page from Reservations: Find Reservation or from within an event from Event: Reservations: Find

Enter search criteria in the field.
Select Find or use the keyboard enter key to initiate the search.
Reservations that match the criteria will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
Use the Quick List link at the top of the screen to display all Open and Pre-open events to which the organization or hotel is associated.

If you selected this page from Event: Reservations: Find, the event is already selected and the event search field is not shown.

Individual fields work as follows:

Search booking contacts	Searches for the supplied criteria only among booking contacts. Uncheck to search only among reservations. When using the reservation search fields, be aware of the following:

When searching for a common name across events, if there are a large number of reservations matching the search criteria, a message will be displayed stating: Too many results found. Please refine your search using additional criteria.
