You can manage your reservations, including Room Lists, from the general reservation start date until the end date. Reservation transfers usually begin at the start reservation date (if you are a hotel or organization user who owns the event) or at the cutoff date (if you are a CityWide user who owns the event). The transfers typically end on the first day of arrival.
If the organization or hotel is enabled for timezones, you can specify the event's timezone on this page. This setting will ensure that the key dates you enter here and elsewhere in the product are interpreted within the context of the timezone you have chosen.
You can have different dates for reservations coming from the Attendee Website or the Call Center. Reservations cannot be accepted from the web until the start date entered for the web. The same is true for the Call Center.
If shown, the event cutoff date is the date after which affiliated hotels will be able to run all reports and manage rates and inventory. This date is present only for events with multiple hotels.
When checked, the Allow Call Center changes after Close Date checkbox gives you the option to have the Call Center make corrections and other changes after the Call Center close date.
Note that End of Day in the drop-down below the dates is midnight of the following day (11:59:59 p.m. of the selected day).
