Event Dashboard

The Event Dashboard represents the event housing information needed by meeting planners to monitor their group’s progress and reduce their attrition risk. A hotel or organization user can access the Event Dashboard from an icon in the Frequent Tasks section of the Event Home page. Dashboard settings and permissions may be managed by event organizers at both the library and event levels.

Planners can access the event dashboard by visiting https://planners.passkey.com and should use the same email address to create their username that is added to the event under planner section.

Users may access other events associated with their username by selecting the dropdown arrow at the top of the page or by selecting the Back to event list link. Additional filters may be applied to the event dashboard by selecting a specific Sub-block group from the Change Sub-block Group dropdown (when applicable).

The Print icon located at the top of each screen may be used to print the page being viewed.

Event Dashboards are available in a mobile-friendly version on the following devices: iPhone, Android and Blackberry. Access to data on the mobile dashboard works the same as the full web version.

Additionally, the dashboard is available to event planners and sub-block group contacts in their preferred language, as set on their user profile entry under Locale. To change the viewing language, planners can update their profile or select another locale.

IMPORTANT: It is important to understand that Sub-block Group Contacts see data related to the sub-block group(s) to which they have been associated. Event Planners and licensed users see event-wide data.
